In order to complete the professional figure of the Events and Ceremonies Organiser, Assowedding proposes the specialisation module Party Planner, mainly referring to the procedures for realising private parties.
The course includes a theoretical and a practical part and introduces the most popular and requested types of private parties. The focus of the programme is on the organisation of the different events, from choosing the location, managing suppliers, then which products and which decorations and fittings, invitations, gifts and workshops. The practical part will be devoted to the individual customisation of a typical theme among the most popular for these events.

To university students who want to work in the Private Events sector or to professionals from other categories, but also to those who want to deepen their skills in the sector.

What are the Party Planner’s party types? Birthdays, Christenings and Baby Showers, Communions/Christenings, Graduation Parties. And again, famous International parties, such as the ‘Quinceañera’, a Latin American 15th birthday party, or the ‘My sweet 16’ or the ‘Bar and Bat Mitzvah’.
Not forgetting, for the most enthusiastic, the typical Northern European holiday, Halloween.
The focus of the course is on organisation, from choosing the location to invitations and decorations. It also includes presentations by important suppliers in the sector.

Classes are held on a One Day basis from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
